  • How do I create my first channel?
    1. Click Get Started & enter your email address and a chosen password.
    2. Choose a starter template- feel free to “Style it” in the drop down menu or come back to this later.
    3. Name your channel and choose a header image to represent what your channel is about.
    4. Customize your categories and images.
    5. Choose your Likemojis to go into each category. These can be found by clicking on a category in the phone.
    6. Click Next and enter your personal dashboard where you can view analytics, view, share, and edit your new channel!
  • How do I change the layout of my channel?
    1. Click on the drop down “Style it” menu if you are creating a channel for the first time.
    2. If your channel has already been created, click “Edit Channel” in the customize section of your admin dashboard.
  • How do I change the font used in my channel?

  • How do I change the colorway of my channel?

  • What is a layout?
    1. A layout is the style in which your header and category titles are displayed over your channel images.
  • What is a colorway?
    1. A colorway is the scheme of colors used to create your channel. They can be simple and clean, or flashy and funky- whatever most suits your brand!
  • How do I create another channel once I already have one?
    1. Log in to your Likemoji dashboard.
    2. Select “New Channel” and choose what type of feedback you are looking to collect.
    3. Create another awesome channel!
  • How do I create a colorway / customize my channel to my brand?
    1. Once you have completed your channel, click “Edit Channel” under the customize section of your dashboard.
    2. Click the symbol to the right of “Edit Colorway”.
    3. Change the Theme & Layout Scheme colors within the colorway editor by clicking on the hex color rectangles.
    4. Name your unique colorway that represents your brand and click Save- this colorway will be available for you to select while designing future channels.
  • How do I change my header/category titles and images?
    1. Click the Edit Symbol to the right of the category name within the editor.
    2. Edit the title and subtitle to reflect the type of feedback you want to capture.
    3. Choose to Upload to use an image from your device, or choose Unsplash to use a free image from the web.
    4. Click Save and confirm that everything looks good within the phone displayed.
  • How do I remove the layout on my main header and categories?
    1. Once you have completed the initial draft of your channel, click “Edit Channel” under the customize section of your dashboard
    2. Click green toggle switches to turn off header and category layouts, respectively
    3. Upload header, category, and channel square images that are sized appropriately and contain your own titles within the images. The appropriate sizes for the images are listed within the prompt.
    4. Click Save
  • So, I’ve decided to remove my template layout and upload my own images..
    1. Once you remove your template layout, you will need to manually upload images that convey the topics of feedback you are trying to capture.
  • What is a header image?
    1. The header image should be 1242x704px and represent the overall reason you wanted to create a channel- to listen to employees? To hear what customers think? Patients? Product users?
  • What is an Ipad header image?
    1. The Ipad header image will be the same base image as your normal header, just manipulated to be an aspect of 1242x496px.
  • What is a channel image square?
    1. Your channel square image will be the image displayed within the mobile app. A clean, simplified image or logo measuring 400x400px that represents your brand is recommended.
  • How do I edit categories?
    1. Within the category editor, click the edit symbol to the right of the category you wish to modify.
    2. Change the title and subtitle to reflect what the category is about.
    3. Edit the call to action by clicking the edit symbol next to description. Users will see your call to action once they have clicked into the category.
    4. Click Upload to use a custom image or click Unsplash to choose an image from the web to reflect the category topic.
  • How do I place Likemojis within a category?
    1. Click on a category within the phone display.
    2. Drag Likemojis on/off the phone screen to include/exclude them within the category.
  • How do I add new Likemojis to the editor?
    1. Click the “Add Likemojis” button at the bottom of the editor.
    2. Click Upload to add new likemojis (324x324px .png files) from your device or click Browse to peruse pre-selected packs.
    3. Click the Add button to include new likemojis with those preloaded in your template. Click the Replace button to add the newly selected Likemojis, while removing the preloaded ones.
  • How do I edit the names of Likemoji icons?
    1. Before dragging the Likemoji on to the phone display, double click the Likemoji image in the editor.
    2. Change the name to represent the feedback you aim to collect with that icon.
  • How do I view my channel feedback analytics?
    1. Hover your mouse over the graph in the analytics section of your admin dashboard.
    2. Click the View Analytics link that is revealed beneath the graph
